What's the difference between the Luxe Café Pro (ES701) and Premier (ES601)?
Both share Barista Assist Technology, the 25-setting burr grinder and the built-in scale. The Pro adds an integrated lever tamper, a hot-water outlet, a single-shot basket, a thicker cool-touch steam wand, Extra-Thick froth, Ristretto and Lungo options, and 1:2 / 1:2.5 / 1:4 brew ratios. The Premier is 3-in-1 (no hot water) with an assisted hand tamper and comes in six colors.

The integrated conical burr grinder is designed for whole beans, which is how Barista Assist calibrates grind size and dose. Ground coffee can be dosed manually into the portafilter.

Yes. The Dual Froth System steams and whisks dairy or plant-based milk with the same presets — Steamed, Thin, Thick (and on the Pro, Extra-Thick and Cold Foam).

Each machine ships with a cleaning disc, brush, descaling powder and a hard-water test kit; the Pro's insulated steam wand wipes clean with a damp cloth. Our Cleaning Supply Kit and 8-pack Descaling Tablets cover the guided maintenance cycles for about four months.
